During the entire practice every swimmer needs to follow the rules and training schedule set by the coaches.
Swimmers are not permitted to behave in a disruptive way at practice.
The team will require each swimmer to read and sign the "Code of Conduct" containing the rules for how to behave during practice, meets and other common swim functions.
